The HBX506 with Front Ramp is a striking all-aluminium two berth horsebox that accommodates horses up to 16.2hh. The front ramp, fitted on the right hand side, allows the option of offloading forwards for horses that are a little nervous in reverse, or in a case where offloading from the rear is not possible.

The HBX’s range front nose panel is manufactured from aluminium to provide extra resilience. The large front window, complete with steel grill for security and safety, gives your horse a clear view of the road ahead as well as keeping the interior light and bright.
Large front top doors provide great ventilation when parked, also giving horses great visibility to their surrounds while waiting to offload. The top doors, to be closed in transit, are transparent and allow great light into the box. The addition pop-out mechanism allow airflow through the box while on the move.
The rear top doors look neat when open and closed, providing ample airflow when in transit for long periods. Closing them when parked provides a little extra security and assists with keeping the interior clean.
A large inspection door allows easy-access for grass and water checks during transit. The door is lockable from the inside and the outside with a key.
Stalls are adjustable in both length and height by repositioning the front and rear breach bars, allowing a personalised fit for horses and ponies. Travel various sizes at once with confidence. The overall height of 2.74m and stall width of 0.83m comfortably accommodates horses up to 16.2hh (approximately 1.67m tall).
The HBX features a rear ramp with dual functionality. The ramp has a low angle when opened and a high grip rubber mat to give horses confidence when loading. Users love the ramp for its solid stature, yet it is so light to lift thanks to gas-assisted mechanisms. For versatility, the ramp also opens as a side-hinged door for interior cleaning and loading of goods (even allowing access for a fork-lift). With the centre partition removed, the loading area in the horsebox can be increased to accommodate grass rounds or furniture.
The front ramp, set at a low angle with a high grip rubber mat extends the option of offloading forwards. This is useful in cases when a horse is nervous of offloading backwards or if offloading through the front is the only option. The horse standing in the right hand stall would offload first. Once the front breach bar is unhooked for the second horse, the centre partition is positioned and secured to the side with the Centre Partition Mini Tye, freeing space for movement to the front ramp.
